Refunds
Unless required by law or expressly stated at purchase, tickets and fees may be non-refundable. If an event is cancelled, postponed, relocated, or materially changed, available remedies will be communicated through official channels.
Transfers
Tickets and credentials may not be resold, auctioned, counterfeited, duplicated, or used for unauthorized promotions. Transfer rules may vary by ticketing platform and credential type.
Event changes
Designers, artists, speakers, sponsors, schedules, seating, venues, and programming may change. A schedule change does not automatically create a refund right unless required by applicable law.
Guest conduct
Guests must follow event staff, venue, and security instructions. Disruptive, unsafe, harassing, discriminatory, or unauthorized commercial conduct may result in removal without refund.
Photography notice
By attending, guests understand that photography, video, livestream, press, and social media coverage may occur and may capture their image, likeness, voice, or appearance.
