Brand approvals
Use of Jamrock Fashion Week, Fashion Sizzle, Jamaica Fashion Collective, venue, designer, celebrity, sponsor, or partner names and marks requires written approval.
Activations
Booths, sampling, sales, beauty services, beverage service, gifting, interviews, signage, livestream mentions, and VIP lounge elements must comply with venue, safety, permitting, health, and production requirements.
Insurance and permits
Vendors and certain sponsors may be required to provide insurance certificates, licenses, permits, product compliance, staff credentials, and indemnities before participation.
Payment and cancellation
Fees, deadlines, cancellation rights, deliverables, deposits, and refunds depend on the signed agreement or invoice terms.
Conduct and quality
Participants must maintain premium presentation standards, professional conduct, truthful claims, and respectful engagement with guests, designers, models, media, and staff.
