Platform ownership
Jamrock Fashion Week is originated by Fashion Sizzle and organized by Jamaica Fashion Collective. Names, marks, logos, event concepts, copy, layouts, images, and designs may not be copied or used without written permission.
Applications
Designer, model, media, vendor, sponsor, and partner applications do not guarantee selection, acceptance, placement, credentials, runway participation, press access, booth space, or sponsorship rights.
User submissions
You confirm that information, images, links, portfolios, and materials you submit are accurate, lawful, non-confidential unless agreed otherwise, and that you have the right to submit them.
Event changes
Dates, locations, schedules, talent, designers, sponsors, presenters, seating, access levels, and programming may change for creative, operational, weather, security, venue, legal, or force-majeure reasons.
Conduct
Guests and participants must comply with event rules, venue rules, credential restrictions, security requests, and the Code of Conduct. We may refuse entry or remove anyone who disrupts the event or violates policy.
No misuse
You may not scrape, copy, reverse engineer, interfere with, impersonate, upload unlawful content, misuse forms, attempt unauthorized access, or use the platform in a way that harms Jamrock Fashion Week or others.
Liability limits
The site and event information are provided as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jamrock Fashion Week is not responsible for indirect losses, third-party actions, travel costs, missed opportunities, or unavailable services.
